have you tried Natural and Atmospheric Tamriel? It makes any ReShade looks awesome. Trust me, it's a very cool weater mod. Also try it with Vanilla HDR.

  I use "Obsidian Weathers" it looks good. But I could try "Natural and Atmospheric Tamriel".
