A wizard's house in a secluded location in the far northwest of Skyrim. You can forget about everything and spend your time in peace. New breeds of ash yam, recipes, new equipment and crafting furniture, etc. will be added.

Description
Adds a wizard's house to the remote seaside forest in the far northwest of Skyrim.
The perfect place for you to spend some quiet time alone, away from the hustle and bustle of the world.
There is a fireplace and a cooking pot in the front part of the first floor. The chairs and tables here are ideal for reading.There are also storage and weapon racks.In the back of the first floor, there is Arcane enchanter, Alchemy lab, Staff enchanter, a large desk and bookshelves. New books are added to the bookshelf.
The second floor is the bedroom. The chest in the corner of the second floor contains new robes and clothes.
On the first floor, there is a mysterious well called "Topological Well", and you can draw "Topological Deep Water". You can find a book written about topological deep water on the bookshelf. Unenchanted Staff placed on Topological well can be enchanted using Staff enchanter, choosing from three new recipes.
You can obtain robes, staff, and several types of potions from Atronach forge. Recipes are written in a book on the bookshelf.
In the basement, there is a blacksmith area and pantry, the ash yam fields, and barrels from which you can draw “whisper of ashyams”, a liquor made from ash yam. A new variety of ash yam, "Sweet Ash Yam", is being grown in the fields.
A book written about sweet ash yam is placed on the table. Ash yam and sweet ash yam can be used to create new dishes if you have a note with a recipe on it.These dishes have a warmth effect.
There is also a cutting board in the basement so you can cut large pieces of cheese.
Outdoors, there is a wood chopping block, a firewood hut, a garden with plants such as lavender and snowberries, a small field and behind the house a special oven for baking ash yam and sweet ash yam.
Baked Ash Yam and Baked Sweet Ash Yam will warm your body from the cold.
General other stuff
Bed gives well rest.
With the exception of storage furniture such as chests, dressers, bookshelves, and weapon racks, most items in the room will return to their original state after a certain period of time.
Even if you get foods, ingredients, herbs, etc., they will not disappear forever. Harvesting from barrels and fields can also be repeated.
Outdoor fields will return to normal after a certain period of time. With the exception of the small pot at the entrance, the contents of barrels and pots placed outside will also be reset to their initial state.
To get the home
Inside Tel Mithryn, in the room where Staff Enchanter is located, there is a strongbox containing the house key.
