Inspired by the player home from ESO of the same name, Autumn's Gate is a medium sized house east of Ivarstead, built in the tradition Nordic style of old. Featuring two floors and a cellar, this house is traditional, rustic, and detailed.

NEW UPDATE: should fix basement follower issue and adds a deck in the back yard, along with some other small fixes and changes. CAUTION: make sure the cellar is EMPTY of all items and followers before updating!

To purchase it, find Verridas Vernim at the Riften Marketplace, leaning on the wall of the Black-Briar Meadery. There is a For Sale notice next to the door of Autumn's Gate telling you this.
It features almost every type of crafting station, plantable soils, various named storage containers, a secret room, and lots of detailed decoration. There is also a boat at the north end of the Riften Docks that will take you to the Treva Jetty, just outside of Autumn's Gate. There is room for a spouse and two followers.
To get your spouse to move in with you, use the mod Hearthfire Multiple Adoptions. To get followers to move in, use My Home is Your Home.
