The Spelldrinker amulet was one of my favorite amulets back in TES 4, unfortunately, it was never brought to Skyrim (or not that I'm aware of) so I decided to change that. As in oblivion it is a leveled item, which is enchanted with Spell Absorption (please check the UESP-Page for more details) You can obtain it from one of the Members of the Synod.
