Required for the cells to load correctly. Without this you will load into a room with no floors, walls, etc.

This mod turns all of the lootable objects in the creation club add-on home "Myrwatch" into static items, this means that they can not be picked up or moved. I did this because I was tired of accidently bumping into items and having them fly all over the room and ruining the look of said room.
This mod requires you to first download Myrwatch - Editable Home Cells by author Jelidity for the cells to properly load! ^ Make sure you remove all items in storage containers and dropped items you want to keep before you download the required mod above
Update: I re-added the lore journal on the table near the middle rug.
Big thanks goes to Jelidity for the creation and permission to use their mod to make this all possible.
Special Thanks also goes toElianorafor the creation of Myrwatch in the first place.
