About this mod
A patch for Obscure's CoW and Constructable Soul Gem Turrets to put a scroll forge near the enchanter on the lower level of the hall of elements as crafting in the arcaenum would cause the scrolls to be labeled "stolen" for some reason. they are not labeled this way in the new location.
