ESL flagged patch that gives Valdr his house back if you use these two mods together.

If you use both Great City of Falkreath and BUVARP SE RE together, the stables outside Falkreath will conflict with Valdr's House making the "No Valdr" patch necessary. This patch simply moves the stables to the other side of the road giving Valdr his house back.
Some trees, rocks and plants were moved slightly outside the entrance to Falkreath to make room for the stables, no other changes.
