All I did was adjust Race values in the CK so that all Imperials, Nords, Redguards, Bretons, and Elves are closer to the player's height in first person. It doesn't require any other downloads, should work right out of the box. I haven't found any compatibility issues, and if you have any...to be honest, I probably won't address it because I'm a horrible person and I almost never remember to check comments or messages. Sorry.
