Using SPID to give random immunity to paralysis.

Paralysis rune is OP.
Low cost, AOE.
You don't need to have strategy. Just paralyze everyone. Slice them. Burn them.
This mod using SPID to give creatures, npcs in Skyrim a random chance to have immunity to paralysis.
(Even so, paralysis rune is still OP. The best way to nerf it is to have a cool down like other games, first time enemy will be paralyzed for 3 seconds, next time 1 second, then 0.5 second)
Install: put the .ini file in folder Skyrim Special Edition\Data
To change the probability, open .ini file
Keyword = 0xF23C5~Skyrim.esm|NONE|NONE|NONE|NONE|NONE|30
30 is 30%
Change 30 to any number you want.
