I found the topic about this bug on reddit which is now 2 year old. With no patch on this problem, I decide to provide it myself.
The problem is the CACO mod group up the "human heart" and "human flesh" into a single component call "Raw Hominid Flesh", so these two ingredients do not exist in the game with CACO.
Due to the technical problem, I cannot change the recipe from human heart/flesh to Raw Hominid Flesh directly. I solved it by using Raw Hominid Meat as an ingredient instead (1x Raw Hominid Flesh = 4x Raw Hominid Meat). The final recipe is now

- (12x Raw Humanoid Meat) Potion of Thaumaturgy
- (40x Raw Humanoid Meat + 2x Moon Sugar + 2x Fire Salts + 1x Vampire Dust) Potion of Purging
