Forcibly sheathes your weapon and blocks activation of most objects when you try to use something with a weapon drawn.
Intended to be used alongside mods like Immersive Interactions - Animated Actions that add animations to actions so you can't skip the animation by unsheathing your weapon.
Actors can still be spoken to, but not pickpocketed or looted if dead.
