TLDR - Reupload of One of my Old Ports that I Manually Cleaned In SSEdit To Fix the Crashes the Old Port Had. Most of the Description is Copied from My Original Port.

Description -
What I Manually Fixed/Cleaned :
- Fixed Waterflow From Oldrim to SE Waterflow
- Completely Fixed all Mismatch Columns in SSEdit, Fixing Navmesh Issues that Caused the original Crashes
- New Requirement For Face Discoloration Fix as that Fixes Facegen Errors Such as the Infamous Grey Face Bug
What the Mod Entails -
- 2 Stormcloaks Per Patrol Around Skyrim
- Adds New Ridge Stormcloak Camp with 6 Stormcloaks and tents, beds, clutter, 2 horses, etc.
- All Saddles on Horses at Stormcloak Camps are Changed to Stormcloak Saddles to be Consistent with this Mod
- Fully Compatible With Armor Replacers and Enhancers
- All Riders Respawn, They Are All Non Essential and Can Be Killed by Anyone
- Horses Of Killed Riders Will Go Back to the Stormcloak Camps/Hold They Spawn in

COMPATIBILITY
Compatible with all of jayr848 and HOP Mods.
WARNING: You should install this mod after the opening intro.
Some Stormcloaks might try to rescue you and screw up the scene.
sundaefinedeity has reported that a single Stormcloak rider killed the captain, before bravely succumbing to Tullius. If the whole patrol shows up, it won't be pretty for the Imperials. Suggested Use With Alternate Start Or Disable this Mod and Enable it after the Opening.
It Can Go Anywhere In Your Load Order, The Mod Only Adds NPCs
Not fully compatible with:
- When Vampires Attack
- Run For Your Lives
- Holidays
My NPCs will be called into buildings, even though they are part of the correct exemption faction.
Horses might follow, even though they shouldn't be able to go through doors.
