This mod gives Nazeem the male drunk voice, changes his factions, makes him cowardly in combat, gives him beggar clothes without shoes, removes all items apart from clothes and changes his dialogue to say things like 'I don't owe you money, do I?'. You can't give him money but why would you want to?
