Does anyone know if this overlaps with Reset Random Dialogue Scenes? There are no conflicts shown in xEdit. Both seem to apply a reset of scenes after a certain number of hours. I am soon to start a new playthrough, so I may find out soon enough.
Per the descriptions, I believe they are actually fixing opposite things :)

Nice work. I've been testing a mod I'm working on that has stuff going in the Blue Palace and I'm totally sick of hearing all the conversations repeated over and over again.
