Welcome all, to "Za Warudo - A Bizarre Slow Time Shout"
This mod is a new variant of the Slow Time shout, that gives you DIO's "The World" stand ability.
Complete with its own Intro and Outro effects, and a new colour overlay to match The Worlds', this new shout has a much more refined, time "freeze" shout. "Freeze", because the CK has it's limits and can only be put so slow before problems occur.
A new perk has been added that allows the player to move at normal speed during the shout. Freeze time around you whilst you wade through it, unaffected!
IMPORTANT - Upon startup, run the command "help stand" for the perk ID, then player.addperk (PERK ID), otherwise you will be slowed too!
Beware, that this mod can be classed as overpowered, there is no cooldown on Za Warudo, and each word increases the time the world is frozen for.
Za Warudo! - DIO's World:
Show - (IT) - 6 Seconds + 6 Seconds Detect Life
The - (WAS ME,) - 9 Seconds + 9 Seconds Detect Life
World! - (DIO!) - 12 Seconds + 12 Seconds Detect Life
Star Platinum, Za Warudo!:
Star - (FREEZE) - 6 Seconds + 6 Seconds Elemental Fury
Platinum - (SUMMON)- 9 Seconds + 9 Seconds Elemental Fury
Za Warudo! - (DECIMATE) - 12 Seconds + 12 Seconds Elemental Fury
To obtain the shout, type help It in the console, find the line with (WOOP) next to it, then use player.teachword (ID - being the words ID). Do this for the remaining two words, Was, and Me. And for Jotaro's type help freeze, then summon, and destroy. Once you have the ID for the first word, the second and third will be the next number, so if the first words ID ends in 00034, the seconds will be 00035, and thirds 00036, which saves the time typing help for each word.
Upon activation of the shout, "Za Warudo" is played with the time freeze effect, and on end, a time resuming sound effect will play.
As of now, this mod is a work in progress, whilst the initial shout is completed, there will be some tweaking and fine tuning to the voice lines, and here are some future plans I’d like to incorporate:
A flame atronach with magicians red summon effects and stronger abilities (if I can do it)
A seperate Emerald Splash shout if I can add the effects
Possibly a Golden Experience shout that only slows enemies rather than all around you, though this might take some time.
I’d love to make other JoJo themed mods if anyone has any suggestions!
BUGS: There's a known bug with SKSE, in which Slow Time becomes almost never-ending, whilst there is not a hard fix for this bug, there are 2 temporary workarounds. The first is the SGTM 1 command, if you get stuck in an extended Za Warudo, type it into the console to return time to normal. Once this happens once, it will happen every time until you restart the game. With that, the best thing to do once it occurs is return time with the command, save your game, and do a full restart of the game from the desktop.
