About this mod
: Replaces the Beast Race's Blind Eyes texture with a more "humane" & vivid design. Excellent if you play as a young Dragonborn or just want your Beast character with more expression. A Vampire variant is also included.
- Permissions and credits
: There are 9 different Colours and one version for vampires (see pictures above). They are all separated in different folders so you can choose one at your taste. Since this is a replacer of beast race's blind eyes texture you can replace only one at a time.
1) Open the Zip folder and there'll be 10 different folders, each with a colour name (same as the pictures above).
2) Choose one of the folders and there'll be a Data folder inside.
3) Drag and drop this Data folder to where your game is installed (where the TESV.exe is located)
4) If your Beast character is not with the Blind Eyes, visit Galathil, the face sculptor in Ragged Flagon, to change to the blind eyes. Alternatively open the console and type SHOWRACEMENU and change the eyes to the blind ones.
5) If you want the vampire version, do steps 1, 2 and 3 and be sure your Beast character is a vampire to see the changes.
- Yes, you can use these textures as resources if you want.
- The vampire variant is independent.
- I have chosen the blind eyes because the Vanilla game does not feature a single blind NPC Beast (safe for very rare MODs) and I believe few people use this particular feature on Beast characters. All this also is to avoid having to create a .esp plugin.
- Female Khajiits does not have blind eyes due to vanilla not including them, therefore they only benefit from the vampire variant.
- I have no plans for a standalone version.
- Those eyes may not look much realistic but that is more opinion from the users.
