About this mod
Conditionally replaces the actor's idle, walk, run, sprint, jump, sheathe and unsheathe animations when out of combat with a Greatsword equipped. Requires DAR.

As the upcoming Greatsword low stance will feature an aggressive poise and locked on target locomotion, which won't be ideal while the character is out of combat/exploring with the weapon drawn, I decided to make this much more relaxed set, designed for exploration, to bridge the gap between sheathed movement and the aggressive low stance (or/and any other stance/movement mod) that is designed for combat.
This covers the idle, walk and run in all directions, sprint, jump, equip and unequip animations with Greatswords only while out of combat/during exploration, which means that your already installed Greatsword stance/movement animations will still play while detected/in combat.
The animations apply to both the player character and NPCs.
The optional file contains a simpler version of the idle where the actor does not rest the Greatsword's point on the ground.
This mod was inspired by the Historical European Martial Arts technique of "Half-Swording", here is a neat video by Skallagrim showcasing some of its uses in action:
The "Murder-Stroke" and "Half-Sword Thrust" attacks showcased in the video above will be part of my upcoming "Leviathan Animations II - Greatsword Power Attacks" and "Leviathan Animations II - Greatsword MCO Moveset".

Installation
- Use any mod manager or manually copy the content from this mod's 'Data' into your Skyrim SE 'Data' folder.
- Optional: Install and load the optional simple idle after the main file.
Known Issues
- Some animation transitions, such as the transition from/into combat while the weapon is already out, will be abrupt.
