Replaces the Ebony Warrior with Elenwen, and she's stronger too.

The Ebony Warrior is now Elenwen. Taller and stronger than her Redguard predecessor! She knows some master level spells, and I've added a spell to summon her as a level 800 force of the Dominion, buffer than ever before.
Just alters the Ebony Warrior's appearance, race, gender, and spells. Voice is the same, so it should be compatible with everything. Now your dreams of playing an imperial or breton subservient to the Dominion can finally be a reality!
Might as well be lore friendly, the Ebony Warrior is a mysterious character, so he could easily be replaced with a Thalmor and it can still make sense. C0da makes it canon!
