What this mod does:
This is a fairly simple mod that changes most characters to be Nords. It also changes some preexisting Nords to have beards. A few characters remain the same as to not go too much against lore and so the voice lines aren't mismatched.
Explanation:
I made this mod because I really like the Nordic theme of Skyrim and this seems to be a great way to enhance it. To keep with the lore, to the extent that I know, I avoided changing some people such as Bretons in the Reach and Dunmer in the Grey Quarter. Overall, especially in bandit camps, most people will be Nords.
Load Order:
The best place to put the mod is before any other character changing mods. That way, it won't overrule them.
Bugs:
This is my first mod and there were quite a lot of characters to go through so I might have made a mistake or two such as having a Nord named Orc. (Maybe his parents thought he was an ugly baby.) So, make sure to report them in the "bugs" section of the mod page!
