A simple patch for Armors of the Velothi Pt. I and Pt. 2 that make 2 uncraftable Armors set craftable.

Most of the Armors form Armors of the Velothi can be crafted, with two exception, As a person who receive most satisfaction by forging an equipment myself I decided to make simple patch that make Indoril Bonesaint and Narsis Watchman set fully craftable. Also the only way to get Narsis Watchman is to steal it, so if you are playing the role of a lawful citizen you can still get this armor.
Indoril Bonesaint set required Ebony smithing, Narsis Watchman required elven smithing, there are not any other requirement for making them.
