Haafstad will be compatible as I haven't added anything near High Rock. I'm not sure about Nyhus. If the gate is blocking your way, you could just disable it with the console.
EDIT: From looking at this video, the entrance to Nyhus seems to be in a different spot, so it should be fine.
entry to folkstead appears to be in a snowy location, and hammerfell's border where they closed it up in this mod is in a warmer area, so you might be okay.
Northern Encounters puts 14 Thalmor and a cooking fire at this gate. They continue to kill the guards. Also without this mod the gateway has no doors and with it the gate is STAT and not DOOR so it may never allow passage for NPCs. I believe these Thalmor are part of a quest but I don't know if they ever need to pass this gateway. I doubt it. The are at the gate where I can't even walk and they pass freely from at the gate to down the hill. I am going to remove the essential tag from the gate guards and make sure they respawn. I like this mod and even added a few more guards.

A patch for Immersive Dawnguard Dayspring Pass would be very appreciated. I managed to make my own patch on xEdit to stop crashing, but I don't know how to close the gap left between mountain and walkway on CK. Bonus points if the invisible border is moved back a bit, so we can approach the gates.
There will likely be two map markers next to each other that both say "Pale Pass", but otherwise I think it should be fine. I can't say for sure without testing it.
