I've had this in my mod stash for almost two years, I can't believe I completely forgot about it until now!

Complete SSE rewrite of the original Imperial Army Knife mod, complete with forwarded USSEP changes to make the enchantments work as intended without requiring anything. Marked Light, so it doesn't take up a full plugin spot.
Thanks to Coobru for unhiding the mod for me, allowing me to download and work on it! (Proof of Permissions).
(Yes, I really did ask more than 1 year and 6 months ago. My Skyrim broke and I didn't find the will to come back to modding until a month ago.)

From the original description:
Just what every adventurer needs, an Army Knife of their own! With this you can be with the other mavericks of Skyrim!

The Imperial one is located, ready to go, in Riverwood in Alvor's house.
The Storm Cloak one is behind the lumber mill in Riverwood.
The Dwarven one is on the smithing bench in Whiterun

It adds 10 to Lockpicking, Smithing, and Alchemy. Also has a 15 Shock damage enchantment. (a little throwback to the Goblin Jumper Cables)

NOTE: This item is created following The Notched Pickaxe. There is an error in Skyrim when adding non-damaging effects to items. Bummer, I know :(

Has six versions, all are craftable. One is enchanted and is called the Imperial/Dwarven/Strom Cloak Survival Knife and the other is not and is called Imperial/Dwarven/Storm Cloak Army Knife.

PLEASE NOTE: I removed the world placements (or rather, didn't re-create them when rebuilding the .esp). You can only craft and add with Additem Menu.  Last time I checked the .esp, recipes could be tempered If in my bad version management I lost the temper recipes, leave a comment and I will add them in with a quick fix.

Now the enchantment works as intended, having included the fixes to the archetype weapon from USSEP in the making of this mod. USSEP itself isn't a requirement, but it's highly suggested.

I've marked the mod as Version 3 to match the version on the LE Nexus, but that one is broken and missing several files. I gave the original author a complete conversion, including a LE CK rebuilt esp, but they haven't updated the original mod. I will NOT upload the fixed files to LE Nexus, as it is not my place to do that. I simply got permissions for SSE conversion. I have also apparently lost those files anyway, as the link in our conversation appears dead.

CREDITS & THANK YOUs:
Coobru for indulging my request of unhiding the mod, and for giving me permission to upload the conversion to SSE.
The r/Skyrimmods discord for helping me identify the issue and directing me to study the USSEP fixes.
