It is only an edition of the original files from (with the Creation Kit) :
- Hogwarts in Skyrim : By far the best MCO mod for magical moveset, you should check his files and patreon, his mod desserve a lot of more views and DL
Astral magic 2 : Kittytail made awesome spell and quest mods, check his other mods (you need the main file and the addon)
Storm Calling Magic : Kittytail

Play as a powerful Electromancer using your wand to launch 8 shock spells instantly, execute combos, wave attack and cancel dodge. Manage your magicka and stamina and launch 8 different spells with the awesome animation of Hogwarts in Skyrim.

This mod totally rely on MCO (skyrim-guild), Hogwarts in Skyrim (Smooth), Storm Calling Magic (Kittytail) and Astral magic 2 (Kittytail). I only edited spells thanks to the Creation Kit in order to balance them and create a new dynamic gameplay. I can't imagine replaying as a mage without those mods (well-polished animation and awesome effect). I am not a modder, all the credits belong to the authors above.

The spells are executed with the wand of your choice (use additem menu Dovapotter) and use combo and directionnal attacks. Light Attacks (LA) are a mean to recover your magicka and to launch powerful spell. Directionnal Power Attacks (PA) can be launch instantly at some magicka cost with various effect (AoE, DoT, Control). You can quickly press your PA during the LA animation to cast faster. Use your dodge during a PA to be able to move or cast faster but don't forget to manage your ressource or yon won't be able to cast spell anymore.

Combo Spell :

1) Light Attack   : 10 Damage, cost 0 magicka and restore 3 magicka => Basic long range blue orb. Use it to set-up the combo below and to refill your magicka faster
2) LA + PA   : 20 Damage + 20 additionnal Damage (AoE) when the target reaches 25% HP, cost 9 magicka => A thunder spell inspired by ESO. Use it as a deadly finisher
3) LA + LA + PA  : 15 Damage, cost 0 magicka and stagger (6 sec CD) => A simple flash spell. Your primary spam combo, allows you to briefly stagger your target with greater damage outpost.
4) LA + LA + LA + PA : 8 damage/sec for 10 sec (AoE), cost 9 magicka => A flood of electricity inspired by ESO. Hard to execute at short range due to the 3 LA required, high damage.

Directionnal Spell :

5) Left Power Attack :
4 damage/sec for 6 sec ( very short AoE), cost 6 magicka, -30% Lightning res => A wave of electricity. Use it at the begining of a fight to enhance your overall damage
6) Up Power Attack   : 20 Damage, cost 27 magicka, the target falls on the ground => A powerful single target control which cost your entire magicka, use it in combination with your 4th spell or to escape from dangerous situation. You will need to refill your mana.
7) Down Power Attack      : 20 x 4 damage (small AoE), cost 24 magicka => 4 comets crash on the target. Use it when your target is immobile. Be careful, you will need to refill your mana.
8) Right Power Attack      : 30 damage (AoE), cost 12 magicka => A powerfull lighnting spell in AoE. Use it on large group.

Sneak Spell :

9) Sneak Standing Spell   :
30 damage, cost 15 magicka, silent => A flash of light that deals a fait amount of damage.

Additionnal information : 

- For now I don't use charged attacks because they are too statik and not super easy to execute allthough they could be used as boost spells or utility spells in a future update.
- I use True Directional Movement - Modernized Third Person Gameplay from Ersh with homing magic and one-click power attack. And TrueHUD - HUD Additions
- I use some restriction in order to balance fights :
1) Max Magicka = 30 (player.setav magicka 30) don't forget to use your light attacks to regen and execute your strongest spells)
2) Max Magicka regen/sec = 1 (Regen Cap - Limit Health Stamina and Magicka Regneneration from MaskedRPGFan) : set to 3.00
3) Max Stamina = 100 (player.setav stamina 100)
4) Dodge Stamina = 10, when at 0 stamina you can't use your wand anymore, dodge wisely
5) Use your skill point in health
6)  Dynamic difficulty allows you to balance your damage. I don't like being one shoted in legendary. (My settings : 0.25 and 1.00) or legendary difficulty

Required Manipulation :

- If you don't want the dodge from Hogwarts (a bit overpowered imo), just delete the TK Dodge folder in (mods\Hogwarts in Skyrim\meshes\Actors\Character\animations\DynamicAnimationReplacer\_CustomConditions\9100100)
- Replace the Astral.ini files in mods\Astral Magic 2 - Hogwarts Combat Addon\SKSE\PayloadInterpreter\Config with my astral.ini files in option (dl file). It adapts the magicka costs for all spells. Or you can edit the files to ajust the cost according to your max magicka.

Installation, required Mods and how to install them for beginner (remember to install the 1.5.97 version of all mods) :
You can load this order (work for me)

1) Skyrim special edition 1.5.97 (downgrader)
2) Skyrim Script Extender (SKSE) and Address Library for SKSE Plugins : simply install it with MO2
3) MCO with all the requirements (tick Distar Experience) :
- Nemesis : find the executable in MO2/data, add it as executable. Launch it trough MO2 and tick Attack Distar, Payload, Jump behavior overhaul and TK dodge RE. Do this manipulation after installing all the other mods and the first time you start your game.



- DAR : simply add it with MO2
- AMR : simply add it with MO2
- Payload interpreter : simply add it with MO2
- One-Click power Attack and custom OCPA : I use X = 278 with gamepad

4) TK dodge SE and TK Dodge RE : Add it with MO2, be carefull you need to delete all files from tk dodge SE except the meshes folder : RECOMMENDED

5) Hogwarts in Skyrim : add it with MO2, delete the tk dodge folder if you want
6) Astral Magic 2 and its Add-on : add it with MO2
7) Storm Calling Magic : add it with MO2
8) Forgotten Magic Redone SE : add it with MO2 
8) Electromancer : add it with MO2

If i made a mistake or forget a requirement, ask me and i will edit this guide.

Load your save twice if the wand doesn't work the first time.

Create your own SpellBuild

I am not a modder, it may be totally wrong and other clean methods exist. I simply edited the original spells from Astral Magic 2 and it allows me to "create" my own spells.
You can use spells from other mods (or ask me to make new moveset if you want) and edit the astral and hogwarts mod with the Creation Kit.

1) Load Dovapotter.esp and astral.esp in the CK, don't set as active files : YES. If you want to use a spell from another mod, load it.

2 ) In the spell folder you will have to edit all the spells from Astral : _A_AstralBite for example

- AstralBeam is Right PA
- AstralBite is PA or LA + PA
- AstralBite2 and 3 is LA + LA + LA + PA
- AstralBiteForHogwarts is LA
- AstralBlitz2 is LA + LA + PA
- AstralBlitzForHogwarts is the bash
- AstralBlitzAlt is Standing PA (i don't use it)
- AstralRune is sneak attack
- AstralSpear1 is Up PA
- AstralWind is Left PA
- AstralMeteorSpn_Spl is Down PA

Double click them and add the Magic Effect you want. You can find tutorials on Magic Effect - Creation Kit

3) You can also edit the MagicEffect to add resistance, damage type, perk or use effect art and hit from another spell mod.

4) Save the plugin and load it (it should be in your overwrite files).
