the Batman in Skyrim is a different mod than the Bat of Skyrim and it gives you the manor and bat cave along with some well written and lore friendly back story for role play. You should give it a try and tell us what you think. But your right about the Paraglider mod i hope for that to change.
I'm kind of confused because I have paraglider on AE working with no problems. Been like this for a while now. And it looks really good with the Bat suit in use also.

hey, cool mod but, is there any chance of this having a HIMBO refit or smth? i'm trying to recreate absolute batman with this mod but because it's not currently compatible with HIMBO, i can't really replicate his physique.
