This patch will change Papyrus Profiler plugin and script so it will work with CCFE instead of NL_CMD.
Two console commands will be registered:
- StartPapyrusProfiling <string> / BeginPapyrusProfiling <string> : Starts Papyrus profiling with <string> config file. If <string> is not specified - starts with no config.
- StopPapyrusProfiling / EndPapyrusProfiling : Stops Papyrus profiling, has no arguments.
