Some tweaks to Vampiric Thirst. All features is MCM configurable. Provides hotkeys for some vampiric powers, blood pool widget and disable combat/sneak instant kill.

Sorry for my english.
I've added some MCM-options to Miss Leeches Vampiric Thrist:
- Disable combat/sneak instant kill. Perhaps that was an immersive but it's too powerfull. Now you can only feed in combat if an enemy have less than 25% health. Sneak drain kill also disabled.
- Hotkeys for Deadly Strength, Vigor Mortis and Necrotic Flesh (C, X, N by default).
- Configurable natural blood loosing ratio.
- Blood pool is slightly increased
Also you can install blood pool widget for iWant framework. Why a separate esp and optional file? Beause iWant is a little bit buggy. If the widget does not appearse after install, try save/load.
I can't express myself well in English, but I want to say a big thank you to Miss Leeches for Vampiric Thirst and DaemonPrime for iWant (you know, "Because Skyrim UI mods were HARD! Like really, way way too hard.")
