A Heimskr look-alike will appear in each hold's capital. They will speak in different national languages.

Heimskr look-alikes will appear in each hold's capital.
+ They will speak in each country's language provided by Bethesda Voice Packs.
+ They will continue to speak for 24 hours.
+ There is no Crime Faction setting. You can "silence" them if you think they are too loud.
+ Solitude has a Heimspeaker in the Castle Dour Dungeon instead of a look-alike.
+ The Heimspeaker can switch languages.
+ Spellbooks have been dropped in the immediate vicinity of the Heimspeaker. You can summon it anywhere with a learned spell.

+ ソリチュードはそっくりさんの代わりに、ドール城の地下牢にヘイムスピーカーが置かれています。
+ ヘイムスピーカーは言語の切り替えが可能です。
+ ヘイムスピーカーのすぐ近くに呪文書が落ちています。習得した呪文でどこにでも召喚可能です。
