This is a small farmhouse that I use as a player home when in Riften.
Includes a garden, chickens, an apiary area, and a small dock on the lake.
Uploaded in case it might be useful for someone else.
I use JK's Skyrim and Cutting Room Floor and have no conflicts with anything in that area.
