   didn't know I needed this, downloading and endorsing asap!
   as far as compatibility I actually noticed a conflict with SMIM.
   the conflicting mesh is loadscreenargonianbarkeep.nif, only differences being the mug he is holding

   Pretty sure the frozen Argonian loading screen is from FEC by Po3. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/3532
   
   Confirmed, just dug around in the BSA for that mod.
