Auto-Install with your preferred mod manager. There are two main files to choose from. Choose one or both. - One for the side deck, if you built it, or intend to. - One for the back deck, if you built it, or intend to.
Details
I completely built Lakeview Manor and my deck furnishings were mysteriously absent, so I created this.
If you built the deck corresponding to the file you installed, a script will attach itself to the deck and run once (if the deck itself is enabled), when you enter Lakeview Manor exterior. It will notify you that your furnishings have been unstolen. This should only happen once, unless you fail to save your game.
The script also makes sure all the corresponding deck's rail-lean idle markers are enabled. (I don't know if they were before. I did not do that detective work.)
Changelog
The Main Files' changelog is located both above and in the readme.
