Donation Points system
This mod is not opted-in to receive Donation Points
This is a simple patch that halts the progression of the first perk in each tree (except Smithing) after level 100 has been reached. The intended use case is with skill uncappers, so that each skill can be leveled past 100 without Vokrii's perks becoming overpowered.
The patch has been ESL flagged. It does not require a skill uncapper, but it effectively does nothing without one.
