This is a small cabin in the mountains not far from Windhelm. It's a very simple place, plenty of storage and all the crafting stations are present. It's suitable for the player and one follower. The cabin is visible and able to be traveled to immediately and it's ready to move in. It's perfect for someone who likes to live simply or someone who's just starting out. 

Ammenities: 
All crafting stations (the cooking pot and smelter contain no furniture markers so no animation for those particular actions are present)
Plenty of named storage
Static armor stands and weapons storage
Bunk beds (the top bunk is player owned) 

Changes from the original version: The exterior is now set to not reset so all  of the containers outside should be completely safe to use. Collision boxes added around cabin and smithing area to help with navmesh paths, interior lighting brightened, and finally, a horse marker, so your horse does not spawn in the smith area anymore. Go me. 

Location: In the mountains west of Windhelm, due east of Raldbthar

Requirements:
The latest version of Skyrim SE

Installation: 
Install normally with NMM or download the rar and unpack the two bsa and esp into your Skyrim Data Folder
