To obtain this weapon, you need to kill Nazeem.
There are 2 version of this mod,
1st without Immersive Equipment Display, you kill Nazeem and loot the weapon directly.
2nd is with IED, you need to craft the weapon using Nazeem Leather and fine clothes. IED mess up the idea as it automatically displays the weapon to be loot from Nazeem. So I make it caftable unlike the 1st version.
You can temper Nazeem by another fine clothes.
Nazeem will make your enemies go to the cloud district
