How to remove custom bodies from npc overhauls and follower mods
First of all you will need nifskope and ssedit to do this.
Make sure the you are doing this for vanilla races not custom races.
Inside the mesh folder you will see facegeoms and face nif files open it with nifskope anc click on head or expand it and find it.You need to expand head part and you will see BSLigthingShaderProperty -> BSShaderTextureSet that face textures are directed to that mods custom body you need to change it's path to vanilla but make sure it's the proper race.Here are shortcuts you can copy paste:
