Overlooked two RGB values, fixed that.
Just for audit trail; I had a v1.2 up which reverted the fog RGB's and eye adaptation speed/strength back to SE's and also a V1.3 which reverted the Effect Lighting RGB's back to SE's, but after play testing I do think v1.1 is best, so took others off.

SE has a lot going for it but I couldn't stand the clear blue sky colour which totally fell out of place above the harsh rigid plains of Tamriel tundra's.
It seemed Beth hired some artists from either Crysis 1, Farcry 1, Mario Bros or Donald Duck or something (seriously, must have been one of those four). Skyrim is not a tropical island, nor a comic book.
Made an esp with the colour values of original skyrim (all imagespaces and weather types) and voilà, best of both worlds; you keep the volumetric lightning, dof, high res textures, better shadows and water etc. from SE, but lose its ridiculously cartoony oversaturation and kindergarten skies.
Skyrim is cold again :-)
Safe to add/remove mid-game. Simply put the esp in your Data folder and activate the mod.
