I've encountered an issue where, after restarting the game and loading a save where my PC had high heels equipped, most regular shoes began to produce high heel sound. How I fixed it: unequipped footwear that produce high heel sound, saved, restarted the game, loaded the save. I've also checked conditions and they work fine. Might be an engine limitation or something, just thought I'd share the solution for anyone encountering the same issue.

Edit: Bah. Nvm. Bad reading comprehension.
Edit: Sorry, missed the requirements. Been a long day.
I have checked through the comments section to find how to create exceptions.
There are high heel offsets that have their own sound files I would like to understand clearly how to exclude a mod,
Devious Devices Expansion.json
{
"Info" : "Devious Devices - Expansion.esm"
}
Does not work.
Solved,
Name of file has to be, Devious Devices - Expansion.esm.json
On and off, I've been looking for a mod that does this for years. (Probably more than you think)
If I could give you 600,000+ Endorsements I would!
Thanks so much!
