Paradise City is a beautiful looking mod but has a number of issues. It causes flickering shadows, foliage flashes in and out of existence, a number of large tree braches clip straight though walls, and it uses vastly more gpu than it should.
I traced these issues to 4 of the basic model sets used in the mod. This patch replaces 3 of the bugged/flawed/performance heavy models with ones from the vanilla game and removes the fourth.
The replacements also provide more variety in foliage type and color.
Personally I think it is a visual improvement as well as a performance one
