Description
  • Mod uses Spell Perk Item Distributor (SPID) to distribute cloaks and hoods from Winter Is Coming to NPCs 
  • Cloaks use body slot 40 and 46
  • Hoods use body slot 31 and 42
  • ESL-flagged
  • No records edited / no levelled lists used or touched / nothing to bash here (i.e., bashed patch)
  • Player character not impacted
  • _DISTR.ini designed for maximum configurability

Overview
Mod is able to distribute the following cloaks:
  • Bear Claw Trim (9 possible variations)
- Three (3) colours: brown, black and white
-  No enchant, resist frost, or resist magic 
  • Wolf Skin (27 possible variations)
- Three styles: Dark Trim, Light Trim and Noble
- Each style in three (3) colours: black, timber, and ice
- Each colour includes the additional option of: no enchant, resist frost, or resist magic 

Mod is able to distribute the following hoods:
  • Bear (18 possible variations)
- Two styles: Ornate, Bear Trim
- Three (3) colours: brown, black and white
- Each colour includes the additional option of: no armor, light (studded), or heavy (steel)
  • Wolf (27 different variations)
- Three styles: Dark Trim, Light Trim and Noble
- Each style in three (3) colours: black, timber, and ice
- Each colour includes the additional option of: no armor, light (studded), or heavy (steel)

Initial Configuration
  • Random cloak to all NPCs in Winterhold (no college members) 
  • Random Bear steel hood (heavy) to Guards in Winterhold
  • (optional) Laptoprocker has graciously provided an alternative _DISTR.ini (in the optional section). It distributes cloaks and hoods from Winter Is Coming to guards and NPCs in Winterhold, Windhelm and Dawnstar (cold regions). This optional _DISTR.ini was designed to work alongside my Detailed NPCs - Cloaks of Skyrim for NPCs (SPID). The alternative _DISTR.ini changes the distribution of cloaks in Detailed NPCs - Cloaks of Skyrim for NPCs (SPID) to the cloaks and hoods from Winter Is Coming in Winterhold, Windhelm and Dawnstar. Replace the original _DISTR.ini in the main mod with the optional one. Thanks Laptoprocker!

Configuration options
  • **I have also generated several options to batch-distribute cloaks and hoods RANDOMLY in order to minimize _DISTR.ini management. Set it and forget it. See _DISTR.ini**
  • Mod can be re-configured to distribute cloaks to any NPC and / or any group of NPCs that you wish! Edit the _DISTR.ini that comes with this mod, and add (or delete) any Form ID that you wish. Some knowledge of Spell Perk Item Distributor (SPID) is useful to achieve desired results

Compatibility
Highly compatible with most setups, and with most other mods
  • Spell Perk Item Distributor (SPID) does not edit levelled lists, and does not modify or generate new records 
  • Body slots, however, are not compatible. Choose wisely, or edit the body slot. I will not alter body slots
  • Clipping will likely occur depending on setup. I will not resolve clipping issues

Installation and Uninstallation
Use the mod manager of your choice to install. Or manually. To uninstall, remove with mod manager. Safe to install or uninstall at anytime. 

Caveats, Recommendations, and Extensions
  • Images are for illustration purposes and will likely appear differently in your game
  • Mod does not distribute all of the cloaks and hoods in the original mod. Several were redundant in my opinion, with only variations in price. Dealer's choice
