1.04 is a pretty important update, the main thing being I finally added the customised bench model that was missing from the downlaod. I'm pretty shocked that I didn't notice they were missing, and also that no one else thought it was strange there was barely any seating. Anyway, the benches are there now, sorry for the omission.
You did a beautiful replacer. I'd say one of the best remplacer around but is so sad that you didn't replace the actual tavern :/ its make a lot of issues, like npcs using the vanilla tavern and stuff like that :/
I have similar problems. Even if I teleport said NPCs via moveto player, some time later they will be again in the old winking skeever. They are about 5-10 people there now and it doesn't seem they can escape from there.
I couldn't get mine to work. I would have it installed and go in just to find the layout is still vanilla, the innkeeper is now on the other side of the wall to your left when you enter, and the door to leave is gone so you can never leave.
Lovely mod, definitely appreciated, but it has many bugs. Just shoving the old interior aside causes the same issues as the old Immersive Interiors (shop & inn mod series). NPCs sometimes spawn in the old location, fall through the floor infinitely, can't find their way back out, etc.
Sometimes it's a conflict, but mostly it's caused by the double interior. All the patches in the world can't fix Bethesda's shoddy engine.
Maybe no major issues, but the mod has a missing navmesh, itm's and UDR's. Running it rhough autoclean should fix most of those. The missing navmesh will remain though (and after conluding it has a missing navmesh I decided to just not use it)
looks great and way more logical but reading the comments i am scared to install it that a few things won't work. even i do a new game i want that everything works as smooth as possible some say something is missing which can be an issue in the loadorder but since i am figuring this out too i think i have to pass at the moment which is sad cause i really like this changes!
Hi! I am trying to get this mod to work but for some reason, I am having the same issue as the other person who posted here, where the vanilla layout remains, and the front door and barkeep are gone. I have managed to get it to work ONCE, but when I reloaded, it reverted back. I have tried everything - reordering my mods so that this one is at the bottom, editing in SSEdit, etc. I feel like it may have something to do with a conflicting light mod, but SSEdit and LOOT are telling me there are no conflicts. I'm totally stumped and would appreciate if anyone could help. Will upload my modlist if anyone can. Thanks!
I figured out what the issue was! I was going directly from the Alternate Start dungeon into the Winking Skeever, which was making it appear incorrectly. When I teleported into another cell and then reloaded the Winking Skeever, it appears as it should with this mod (which is SO much better then the vanilla layout). Thank you!
Love the new layout, but I ran into a couple issues: - When I try to rent the room, the innkeeper walks outside for a moment and steps right back in. No bed in the building was set for the player to use. I wan't my 10 gold back! lol - Sometimes, when I try to leave, I find the front door locked. What's up with that?
This is one of my favourite inn overhauls, I love it so much. I do run into an ongoing issue, however - somehow NPCs sometimes still end up in the *old* Winking Skeever, and every so often I'll need to teleport in there and manually move each of them out. There's no pattern to which ones, or when - some are vanilla, some mod added; often they'll come into the new Skeever perfectly happily for days before turning up in the old one. It's not a huge problem as it's pretty easy (if a bit tedious) to move them all back out again, but if there is anything I can do to prevent this from happening I'd love to know.

I have nearly 1200 mods (750 plugins) installed, and there no ghosts and double interiors here :)
Just place it near the bottom of your lo (in a new game), and you're golden...
