So here's a simple, brute force way to fix over-bright snow in Majestic Mountains, a new projecteddiffuse DDS file that is approximately correct to fix the mountain brightness (and the weird blueness too). For this fix to work, make sure to set bEnableProjecteUVDiffuseNormals=1 in your SkyrimPrefs.ini file.
NOTE: Since this file is just replacing a texture, it might not match perfectly (but it will be pretty close) with all snow textures. It should match very well with vanilla and all other "close to vanilla" snow types though.
