This mod completely removes the visual effects and "blur" of Whirlwind Sprint.
I also altered it, clear skies, storm call, frost breath, fire breath, ice form, and unrelenting force to have shorter cooldowns. In addition, the final words of Fire Breath and Frost breath also deal about 500 damage. Which seems high, but it also seems fair given the work you must take to learning the full shout. Cooldowns are still long enough you can't spam the full 3 word shout.
Except for clear skies which is like a 3 second cooldown.
This is a mod I made mostly for myself, because I hated the Whirlwind Sprint blur effect that blinded me. No more. The file is ESP, because you will need to overwrite any mods that affect shouts (like thunderchild perhaps). Which isn't to say they aren't compatible, it seems like they actually are, but I wanted to play it safe and keep it as an ESP. Plus that is just easier on my end, too.
