Vanilla Nordic metal grate mesh is using Markarth door textures, it's not looking good with vanilla textures at all but it's even worse with modded textures since the grate is full of weird stripes caused by Markarth door panel patterns.
Just one fixed mesh (nordicmetalgratex01.nif), install it and replace vanilla version. I replaced the Markarth door texture with a more consistent one, nordic ruins metalwork, I also tweaked a bit the UV and added environmental shaders and cubemap.
