This simple patch will allow male characters to romance Karna.
Saw a few requests for this as well as the author giving his blessing, and it was easy enough to make.
You might not even have known a romance arc existed if you don't play with female characters - I had no idea until I saw the requests. There's no alternative dialogues or conversations if you're playing as a male character, just an empty gap in content for a few levels instead.
You can still romance her with a female character with this patch installed, but you don't need to download it unless you're planning to play as a male.
