This allows you to donate more money to beggars if you'd like. Their expression and their gift scale with what you donate.

It never made sense to me why you could donate loads of money to the well-off and only a single coin to the beggars. Now you can be as kind to them like they're actual people or something.
It's not professionally done, so let me know if you hit any bugs. I'm not sure why I can't ESL flag this.
This was only tested on the latest AE version, but I don't think it'd hit any problems with any other SE version.
It likely isn't compatible with anything else that alters the generic beggar dialogue.
