Allows you to craft (or find) potions that enables the usage of the crafting furnitures for a short amount of time with the perk mod 'Synergy'

Description:
I love Synergy but it can be a bit limiting at times for some QOL items you need to craft.
My mod allows you to craft potions at the cooking pot that enables some life skills for a short period so you can at least craft some things without perking into it.
The optional Leveled List add-on in the FOMOD distributes the items into various vendor's inventories and makes them randomly findable in chests. You need to patch mods that change the same lists as i only patch for the mods I use myself.
To craft the potions you need 1 Garnet and 1 Alto Wine, I'm open to suggestions about recipe changes cause I couldn't come up with better ones for now.
