I think the one for ICOW needs to also patch the changes to Ancano's sleep package (which is tied to the first lessons quest.) Otherwise, I think Ancano will just stand there forever? I'm not sure but it might be an issue.
It's most likely fine if you use the Obscure's College of Winterhold patch from Open College mod page. JK's College barely conflicts with Open College so it should be fine.
