This patch remakes all the giant slaughterfishes to no longer 1shot you and lowers their hp a bit. It also renames the unique giant slaughterfish in the NE ocean that drops the daedric boots into "Junkmonger". Because he eats a lot of.....junk. Obviously. No more 1.9.4 perks..... yaaay. "Junkmonger" unique gets increased health and a slight speed boost so you cant outswim him.
