Take look at the magnificent Blue Flame Lighthouse which is maintained by the keeper Oyvind Berg. You can visit him at any time and take a look at his daily routine. And don't forget to climb up to see the Blue Flame.

The Blue Lighthouse
Located at one of the islands near the Winterhold shore, it is the most unique lighthouse you can come across the whole of Skyrim. A special type of deep drilled gas makes the flame bright blue which adds up to the uniqueness of the Lighthouse. To get there is quite simple as there is a boat near the shore which you can use to travel to the Lighthouse which cannot be seen from shore as it's a bit too far to be seen. Inside the Lighthouse you will see what a daily life of a lighthouse keeper looks like, and it includes pretty much everything you need to get yourself occupied for the majority of the day, ranging from blacksmith forge, smelter, oven, tanning rack, workbench, alchemy table and more. The building itself is warm and cozy despite the fact that it's located on the iciest place in Skyrim, the Winterhold region.
