Skyrim Reputation tracks completion of quests that are categorized as Thieves Guild and Dark Brotherhood quests, negatively affecting your reputation for each quest completed. Patch 2.1.0 adds a little workaround to this so that playing through quests where you've made a "good guy choice" don't also contribute to those quest completion stats.
