Skyrim Project Optimization adds Occlusion Planes to interiors. Thieves Guild redone adds a small room in the Thieves Guild Cistern next to the training room with the chests. Unfortunately one of SPO's Occlusion Planes goes right through that area, resulting in only half the room being rendered.
I just went into the CK and moved the Occlusion Plane. Nothing else has been touched.
Only patched for SPO the version I use, which is No Homes, ESL.
